Fabrication and Welding Equipment
• 8' Plate Roller  It is capable of handling steel plate 5/8" thick up to 8' wide. • 100 ton Iron Worker Up to a 10" throat, 8 5/8" open height, 1 5/8" stroke. Punching capability is 1 1/4" diameter, through 1" mild steel. Shearing capability up to 3/4" x 14", 1" x 10", and 1 1/4" round. Built in angle shear capable of handing 6" by 6" by 1/2" angle. • 150 ton Iron Worker Punching capacity of 1 3/8" through 1", 1 1/4" through 1 1/16", and angle capacity of 4" x 4" x 1/2". Flat shearing 10" x 9/16" and also a 5/8" rectangular coper. • (2) 70 amp Plasma Cutters The Spectrum 2050 cuts 3/8" plate at 35" per minute and can cleanly sever up to 1 1/8". • Wire Welders Modern Lincoln Mig and Tig Welders including 223C, 400CV, 600DC, 600 Tig and Plasma Cutters. • (2) 15 ton Bridge Crane • 20 ton Bridge Crane • Weld Build-up Lathe 11" over ways, 198" long. |
