We can work with you to determine the goals of your outage, plan your outage, help set realistic goals, and coordinate work between your operational people and all of the involved contractors, even if Kiser isn’t the installing/supplying contractor! In recent years we have often bridged the gap that exists between what kind of work a hydro operator can typically handle themselves and the more involved project level that we are involved with on a regular basis. We can coordinate your project, between ourselves and other contractors, between you and other contractors, or we can act as a general contractor and manage the entire project.
Our engineering staff can prepare preliminary or final drawings and designs, review specifications and drawings. Our project managers all have OSHA 30 and other necessary training to allow them to handle your project. In addition, we have our own safety manager as well. We are well versed with all of the common issues such as confined space, hazardous materials, traffic control, lockout/tagout, hazcom, etc.
We will work with you to meet your goals and minimize downtime. Along the way, our experience will allow us to know how to handle issues as they arise, and not let minor problems put off the production of electricity.
